His music is very well in Kenya. Actually, very few Kenyan media houses can go for a day without playing his music.

Diamond not only rules in Africa but also beyond. His latest music song Inama which he featured Fally Ipupa, has been trending in Europe, France to be precise.

"I don't want to know what they are talking about, my concern is to see French and French speaking Nationality know the existence of Bongo Flava and Eastern Africa (Hata staki kuelewa Wanazungumza nini ila tu nachokitaka mie wafaransa, na wote wanaoongea Kifaransa Wajue kuna kitu kinaitwa Bongo Fleva na Africa Mashariki)," Diamond recently revealed.

While Kenyans and his fans around the world enjoy his good music, Diamond faces struggles to make a tune that results in songs.

One might think the talented singer finds it a walk in the park to compose songs, but in reality, he struggles a lot. Diamond might take about 30 minutes to make a song sketch, but it is 30 minutes of great efforts.

For instance, he shared his recent studio session in London video in which you could see the singer struggling to master the lyrics.

Here is another video showing the singer struggling to make the Zigo Remix that was a big hit at its time. At some points, he asks for help from fellow colleagues.

This indicates nothing comes on a silver plate without investing your efforts.
