There was drama on Wednesday evening at Ikonge villageafter a woman was caught red handed in bed with her cousin.
Neighbors said the woman, Janet Gesare, a mother of 2 lured her cousin, Gabriel Siocha into her bedroom.
"Gesare's husband is away in Nairobi where he works. She asked Siocha who is yet to get married to repair her electric socket in her bedroom but, ended up going to bed with him," said Nicholas Onwong'a.
Mr. Onwong'a said the woman's brother-in-law found them and alerted neighbors who stormed the bedroom.
Area assistant chief Fred Obae said upon questioning Gesare, she said that her husband has abandoned him for long.
"Gesare said she was tempted to sleep with Siocha because her husband has never returned home since 2016 prompting her to miss sex," Obae said.
According to the chief, Gesare's husband married a second wife who he is living with in Nairobi.
