Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr.Fred Matiang’i has assured Kenyans that frequent accidents will end in the country soon.
According to Matiang’i, many Kenyans have lost their lives through road accidents and there is a need for the best solution to be found.
Speaking on Friday in Borabu ,Nyamira County Matiang’i promised to get a positive solution that will end accidents in the county every time to time.
“As the government we don’t want to see any Kenyan losing life through accident and this must end I promise,“said Matiang’i.
He also promised that the ministry of transport will work hand in hand with the ministry of interior security to end accidents in the country.
Early this week, at least 58 people died in Kericho after Home Boyz bus rolled down the hill.
Matiang’i also promised to fight cattle rustling within Borabu boarders so that people to live in peace.
“We need Kenya to prosper and to achieve this we need to live in peace,”added Matiang’i
