Deputy President William will soon visit North Mugirango constituency in Nyamira County, area MP Joash Nyamoko has said.
Nyamoko while speaking on Sunday when he attended a church service at Magwagwa Catholic Church said DP Ruto will visit the constituency in a date yet to be announced to commission development projects.
"I urge residents to be patient and calm enough since DP Ruto will soon visit our constituency soon to commission the construction of Ekerenyo-Nyamusi-Chabera road," Nyamoko stated.
The vocal MP insisted that local politicians eyeing his seat should shun propaganda and focus on constructive politics.
He defended his decision to associate with DP Ruto saying everyone has a right to associate with any political leader.
"I want to tell our people not to buy the lies being peddled by my political enemies. This is the time we should focus on matters development not selling propaganda to our people," Nyamoko opined.
Nyamoko confirmed that he will defend his seat in 2022 polls saying he is ready to face off with other aspirants.
He urged local church leaders to pray for peace to prevail in the country.
