You know it is game day, right?
Well. The entire country will be counting on Harambee Stars to deliver against their Ethiopian counterparts today at the Kasarani stadium in Nairobi.
For most of the youths in Kibera, this will be another chance to watch soccer after both the premier and super leagues ran to a conclusion.
But what do we know of the match?
1. Free entry
The match will be free. According to FKF president Nick Mwendwa, the aim is to attract crowds into the stadium to cheer Stars into the continental championship.
2. Time
The match is set to begin at 4 pm today Sunday. If you are travelling from Kibera, you need to start your journey latest 2.30 pm so that by 3.30 pm you are in the stadium.
3. Memory of accident victims
Stars will also play the match in memory of the 55 people who died this week in a road accident.
The team will observe a one-minute moment of silence and will wear black armbands during the game for this commemoration.
