The five finalists include; Betty Adera, Nereah Amondi Oketch, Waruguru wa Kiai, Umulkheir Mohammed and  Renee Irene Mayaka.

Last week, the contestants held a presidential debate in which they expressed various leadership skills including confidence, and eloquence just to mention a few.

According to a report by The Standard Media, the major sponsor of the show The European Union (EU) claimed the programme displayed the potential that women have in leadership.

The EU's Head of Section in Delegation Foreign Policy Instruments in East and Southern Africa Josephine Kalinauckas believe every single contestant who has been on the show including those who were eliminated, had proved that indeed women had the necessary requirements and potential to solve social problems.

“It is a message to Kenyans that they should not overlook the role of women while seeking solutions to challenges. Problems cannot be fully tackled without involving everyone,” Kalinauckas stated as quoted by The Standard Media.

Kalinauckas also appreciated President Uhuru Kenyatta for agreeing to meet the contestants.

“We are delighted the President took an interest. It is a demonstration that we have a secured democracy. It will be interesting to know what they discussed,” Kalinauckas stated as quoted by The Standard Media.

The objective of the reality show is to promote women empowerment and leadership in society.
