AFC Leopards have lost skipper Alex Orotamol, who has joined Ethiopia's St. Georgez.
The Nigerian attacker joins Harambee Stars goalkeeper Patrick Matasi at the Ethiopian based club in a deal that will see AFC Leopards receive a lucrative amount of Sh1.5m.
On Friday, it was reported that Ingwe had reached an agreement to release the Nigerian striker after they accepted a Sh1.5m bid from the club.
A source privy to the deal confirmed that the lanky Nigerian striker was already training with St. Georges.
"He has been training with them (St. Georges) for the last few weeks and could seal a move before the transfer window shuts down on Friday," AFCNLeopards Team Manager Gilbert Selebwa said in an interview.
The 26-year-old Alex Orotomal joins the team on a two-year contract. He has already been unveiled in Ethiopia.
The attacker signed for Ingwe from Rwandan side Sunrise FC. On Thursday, St. Georges captured the services of Harambee Stars keeper Patrick Matasi.
