The priest was reportedly stabbed to death at the club parking lot, with the police now handling the issue as a case of a love triangle.

This is after Ntinyari also admitted that she has another lover whom she was set to marry.

The death of the priest came shortly after his ordainment and had been stationed at the Limbine Parish in Tigania where he had only served for five months.

The suspects will spend more time in police custody after Meru Principal Magistrate Thomas Muraguri on Thursday allowed the police to hold them longer as they carry out investigations.
