Former Kitutu Masaba MP Walter Nyambati believes that Governor John Nyagarama bribed Judges to rule in his favour.
On Thursday, Nyambati lost his second bid at the Appeals Court after Judges dismissed his petition for lack of evidence.
And through his lawyer Osoro Mogikoyo, the former Jomo Kenyatta Foundation chair also dragged Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i into his woes.
"I have been instructed to file a Notice of Motion at the Supreme Court.
"In fact, we believe money exchanged hands and this is not yet over. CS Matiang'i played a major role," he stated.
Governor Nyagarama has accused Mr. Nyambati of 'buying time' adding that he is ready for Supreme Court battle.
In his petition, Nyambati accused IEBC of vote staffing in close to 36 polling stations adding that the variance affected the final outcome.
For over six years, Nyambati has been a pillar in Jubilee campaigns across Gusii region.
