Ex-presidential candidate Mohammed Abduba Dida has attacked Kenyans supporting the Jubilee regime under President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
Suggesting that the government had done nothing worth praise, he said that such people are most likely yet to face the hardships the government has imposed on Kenyans.
He dismissed them as dependants yet to face the real-life, and are still depending on their parents, hence their inability to realise the tough conditions under Jubilee.
Unfortunately, added the former presidential aspirant, such people are the majority of voters.
"When you read a tweet or a post supporting the current government, know that the writer is a young naive Kenyan depending on his/her parents' and using free wifi. The biggest disaster is that they are the largest percentage of voters. Maybe dependants shouldn't have a right to vote," he tweeted on Friday.
The government has been under criticisms over its inability to combat a number of national challenges, among them the corruption menace which has actually been on the rise.
Food insecurity has been the other issue, with reports indicating that a number of Kenyans died in arid counties earlier in the year, with the government at some point denying the reports.
Uhuru is also yet to tame early politicking, which has seen the country remain in a campaign mode since the 2017 polls.
He has personally admitted it is making it hard for the government to deliver, unsuccessfully urging politicians to shun the 2022 debate and focus on service delivery to the people.
