Miguna has emerged as the fiercest critic of President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga and has repeatedly claimed the duo were planning to cling on to power beyond 2022 through the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).

The sustained attacks on the 'dynasties' have endeared the outspoken lawyer to a section of Kenyans who have been urging him to return to the country and start a 'revolution'.

However, according to Kipkorir, Miguna deserves no praise since it is his business to badmouth others to earn a 'living'.

In a post on his Twitter handle, the city attorney claimed Miguna has been attacking Uhuru and Raila from Canada since he was aware he could not be extradited to Kenya to face charges.

"Never understood why some Kenyans treat Miguna Miguna as a hero. Kenyan fugitives from the law always run to Canada because we’ve no extradition treaty with them. MM is a man whose sole source of livelihood is an acerbic mouth. Like any Harlot, he sells his mouth to next customer," Kipkorir posted.

However, lawyer Nelson Havi defended Miguna noting he did not run to Canada but was forcefully deported after he was charged for treason over his role in swearing-in Raila on January 30, 2018.

"But good Don, did Miguna Miguna run away to Canada or was he unlawfully and forcefully removed from Kenya and taken there? He faced a treason charge in Kajiado, Kenya. The question of his extradition doesn’t not (sic) therefore, arise. Your post appears sensationally misinformed," Havi tweeted on Saturday.

In a quick rejoinder, Kipkorir stood his ground insisting Miguna is a 'fake' revolutionary for having ran to Canada and acquired its citizenship when his comrades from the University of Nairobi went to socialist countries.

"Nelson, I meant the first time .... How did he become a Canadian? You know I can never be misinformed ...  In 1970’s and 1980’s, true revolutionary students like James Orengo and CJ Willy Mutunga went to socialist countries like Tanzania .. MM, a fake revolutionary went to Canada!" he stated.
