Professor Makau Mutua is likely to battle it out with Dp Ruto after he hinted that he may run for Presidency if one of the Kenyans veteran politicians does not vie.
The Professor of Law who has been a Raila Odinga supporter for years and a great jubilee government critic hinted on Wednesday evening through his twitter handle that, he is considering vying for the country's top seat.
Mutua took to his twitter handle making the revelation of thinking to vie just a few days after he asked the Kalenjin nation to dump Ruto.
"I may have to think seriously of running for PORK in 2022 if a certain person doesn’t do so. Stay tuned," he tweeted.
The Uhuru Kenyatta critic since 2013 is a strong human right defender and has been on record stating that he does not recognize Uhuru Kenyatta as the President of the Republic of Kenya.
