In an interview with the Standard, Oloo said that the team is yet to collect views from Kenyans living in five counties.

The five counties are; Nairobi, Bungoma, Tana River, Trans Nzoia and West Pokot.

Oloo said that the team has embarked on collecting Kenyans' opinions on the things they want to be addressed following President Uhuru Kenyatta and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga’s March 9, 2018 handshake after a long electioneering period that saw Jubilee’s win nullified by Chief Justice David Maraga.

He said that the task force has so far visited 42 counties across the country.

Oloo asked Kenyans to be patient as the taskforce continues with the collection of their views. He noted that the team wants to get accurate information to enable the President Kenyatta-led government to address them accordingly.

“We are asking Kenyans to be patient and bear with us (as we) collect and collate Kenyans' views on how best they want to be governed and/or to fix our problems," said Oloo, as quoted by the Standard.

The team is collecting views on aspects such as inclusivity, corruption, lack of national ethos, tribalism, security, devolution, divisive elections, and shared prosperity.
