Borabu MP Ben Momanyi has argued that DP Ruto is desperately trying to look for relevance because he was not invited to attend the first-ever BBI meeting held on Friday last week in Kisii County.

"Ruto has panicked ahead of the 2022 polls because he was never invited to attend nor did the President ask him to attend the BBI meeting," he said.

The vocal lawmaker suggested the DP resigns since he would not be able to stop the BBI.

"I wish to urge him to consider resigning and go home to do other businesses because he can not manage to stop the BBI," he added.

He alluded that if the DP continues to oppose the report, he would be left alone.

"Things will not be as usual for DP Ruto because he will end up finding himself alone in the camp opposing the BBI. Kenyans deserve an inclusive government," he added.

According to Momanyi, more meeting in regards to the BBI will be held countrywide so that Kenyans can have a say on the BBI report.

He insisted that the initiative is meant to unite Kenyans, adding that no politician opposed to it will be condoned.
