Speaking on Monday at  Mesocho in Chitago ward, he claimed that his close association with Jubilee allied politicians, in particular, Deputy President William Ruto does not mean he is a Jubilee Party member.

"People should stop misunderstanding my way of doing politics. I'm not a Jubilee Party member and I have no plans to be one soon. The people of South Mugirango elected me on a small party, Kenya National Congress (KNC) where I am a full member," said Osoro.

Osoro, a close ally to DP Ruto argued that he was elected to work with all leaders irrespective of their political parties to bring development in the constituency.

He vowed to continue making connections and push for development in the entire South Mugirango constituency.

"I'm not limited to work with only my colleagues in the party which sponsored me into government. I will continue working with every leader to make South Mugirango shine in matters development," he noted.

The first-time lawmaker insisted that he does not regret his decision to work closely with DP Ruto.
