On Tuesday Tanzanian presidents John Pombe Magufuli endorsed former Wasafi signee Rajab Kahali alias Harmonize to politics.
He said that he would wish to see Harmonize run for Tandahimba parliamentary seat in 2020 general elections.
Replying on his Instagram account Harmonize welcomed the president's endorsement with both hands.
He said that the endorsement from the president was an order and he as a citizen needed to adhere to.
"Thanks a lot......My president..Doctor John Pombe Magufuli your order is a law that I as a citizen need to adhere to (kama Ilivyo ada ya kwamba kauli yako tukufu ni sheria, nikiwa kama mwananchi wa kawaida sina budi kutii)," he wrote.
"But my fellow residents of Tandahima have gotten your word and without doubt we will work together. May God bless Tanzania oLakini pia wananchi wenzangu wa bless the fifth government and bless Tandahima (Lakini Jimbo la Tandahima wameipata hii kauli yako tukufu bila shaka kwa pamoja tunalifanyia kazi Mungu ibariki Tanzania , ibariki serikali ya awamu ya tano Mungu ibariki tandahima),"he added.
Harmonize broke off from Wasafi records a few months ago and began his own record known as Konde gang record label.
Harmonize has been lately seen t be close to the president.
What's more two months ago he released a song praising president Magufuli named Wasafi remix.
