Early this week,  Ngunjiri warned Jubilee legislators holding crucial positions in the National Assembly and the Senate that they risk being out of their positions if they undermine the president.

"Any Jubilee MP who currently occupies a leadership position in either Senate or the National Assembly is therefore on notice. If you are not aligned with the President's agenda; if you don’t agree with the fight against corruption or support the BBI; pack & leave that office, before February.Kiunjuri left Cabinet. You will leave the nice carpeted office & join the rest of us as ordinary members of the house, " Wambugu's warning on Thursday read.

Reacting to Wambugu's warning, Cheruiyot said that the Nyeri Town legislator failed in his attempt to revive the so-called Kieleweke group.

The senator laughed off Wambugu's warning dismissing him as an ODM vagrant.

"Ha ha @ngunjiriwambugu .He couldn't manage the 3 and a half MPs in Kieleweke. Had to be resuscitated by Kanini Kega. Now he wants to scare his bosses ? These ODM agents in Jubilee are such vagrants, " the legislator tweeted on Thursday.
