Shoulder massage

Some days leave you with overworked shoulders. In case you need to relieve some shoulder pain, all you need is your hands and some 15 minutes. 

Stroke one shoulder using the opposite hand straying from elbow to neck and back. 

You are free to chose a different direction do long as you squeeze appropriately and relieve muscle tension.

Neck massage

You should knead the nap of your neck using your arms. Start moving the arms back and forth as you relax knotted muscles in your neck.

Whenever you find painful spots, rotate pressure on them using your fingers until you feel relieved.

Eye massage

If your work involves sitting around a computer for long hours a personal eye massage should be perfected. 

Blue warm air on your palms and cup them over your closed eyes. With your eyes still closed, use your thumbs to start make motions over your eye sockets then move to the noise bridge. Repeat the process four times and you will be good to go.
