The outspoken legislator rather asked the school to guide and counsel the boy, as that will be the best thing to do.

"There is a video of a young boy speaking very badly doing the rounds on social media. For the child's sake please do not share. Consolata School, please do not suspend him despite pressure from parents. He is a child in need of care and protection under the Children's Act. Get him and the alleged bullying kids into counselling," she said in part of a post on Facebook

However, the MP advised parents to keep off their children from social media.

She also advised those calling for legal action to be taken against the young boy to be sensitive.

"You are making it worse. I wish him well. He is still evolving. With proper guidance, he will turn out alright. If you are a parent, be sensitive. Am sure if it was your child, you would wish the video is not shared," the vocal noted.

In the video that has left many social media users in shock, the boy throws all sought on insults to another student at Consolata School who had accused him of being gay.
