Popular Kenyan socialite-cum-business lady Vera Sidika is not one to mess around with especially on social media.
The 29-year-old celebrity recently silenced a netizen who tried to embarrass her on Instagram.
Sidika shared a photo showing her having a meal in what appears to be an expensive hotel.
“Lamb chops anyone? Ready for the big day. So excited but alittle (sic) bit nervous,” part of Sidika’s post on Instagram read.
A follower under the username kiki_riise wrote a comment which was aimed at pointing out how embarrassing it was for a celebrity like Sidika to allegdly wear an outfit twice.
“I thought you don’ repeat clothes (I thought haurudiangi nguo),” the comment from the fan read.
One would have easily thought that she would ignore the comment as she always does. Surprisingly, she came out to reply to the critic.
“@kiki_riise Paid Ksh. 120,000 for this Versace shirt. I’ll wear it until Jesus returns,” she replied to the comment.
Her response to the criticism set the entire comment section on fire with most people coming out to defend her.
It is rare for celebrities to respond to online criticism, therefore, it came as a surprise when Sidika did it.
