Bongo Flava star Ali Kiba has asked artistes to forget their differences and work together.
Speaking on Sunday with Bongo Five after a movie with Swahilifilix, Kiba said artistes are divided insisting that they should start working together.
"Arts is very wide, but what I want to emphasize is that if artistes won't accept to work as a team, it mean for now, they are separated, they are not embracing togetherness and unity. If they come together and team up, arts will be great, it will make great sense if they come together (Sanaa ina upana mkubwa sana. Ila ninachotaka kusistiza ni kwamba, kama wanasanaa hawatakubaliana kukunja ngumi, inamaanisha kwamba sasa hivi wameseparate, hawajashikamana. Wakishikamana, itakua nzito. Kwa hiyo wakikeep kwa pamoja, itamake sense.)," said Kiba.
In recent weeks, Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) artistes, Harmonize and Diamond have been making headlines after their separation reports emerged.
Most of their projects have been doing well. With Harmonize on his way out of WCB Record label, it is seen as a huge blow to Tanzanian music, and East Africa at large considering the two enjoy a huge fan base.
