A judge in Nairobi was on Monday forced to postpone an incitement case against Raila Odinga's allies, for the second time within within week.
Former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire, Junet Mohamed, Aisha Jumwa, Florence Mutua, Johnstone Muthama and Moses Kuria are all facing the case.
In an interview, Bosire said the judgment was postponed because Mr Mohamed is currently in Australia for parliamentary mission thus the decision.
The ODM treasurer exuded confidence that the matter will be dropped, adding that he won't be stopped for pushing for equity in the society.
"As you are aware, we were to have the judgment today (Monday) but the judge postponed the ruling because Junet Mohamed was not around," he said.
"I am confident that we shall be vindicated. I think that we have taken quite long on the matter that should have been settled several years ago," he added.
The six were arrested in 2016 and locked for five days at Pangani Police Station. By then, political temperatures within the country were high.
But since then, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga have since reconciled, bringing about relative peace and sustainability within government.
After their release, the ODM party held homecoming ceremonies at Kitutu Masaba, Busia, Malindi and in Migori where Mr Mohamed comes from.
