Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang says that contentious issues bedevilling the arms of government are likely to plunge the country into a crisis.
Speaking during an interview with Citizen TV on Monday, Kajwang insisted that it is time for Jubilee leadership to address contentious issues in the Judiciary, Executive and Parliament.
"We have a serious crisis in this country and not just in the executive wing of government but in the three arms of government," noted Kajwang.
In reference to the goings-on in the Judiciary, the Homa Bay Senator contended that the woes that have befallen Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu have painted a bad image of the Kenyan courts.
Kajwang further held that wrangles now pitting the Senate against the National Assembly are likely to affect the delivery of services to Kenyans. He faulted the country's decision making bodies on key issues noting that the public should have an active say on matters touching on their lives.
"All Kenyans are shareholders in the government of Kenya," he stated adding that the Cabinet has failed Kenyans and should be reconstituted.
