Despite initially showing reservations on Raila Odinga's planned inauguration, two NASA legislators may have after all changed their mind.
Even though the US and other Western nations have been pushing for dialogue between Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta, NASA has however soldiered on with the plan.
"This is not a joke. I will take oath and I can form government from exile," Raila is understood to have told Voice of America.
And Borabu MP Ben Momanyi and his South Mugirango counterpart Sylvanus Osoro, seems to have joined swearing-in bandwagon.
"The popular idea cannot be opposed and we are ready to push for electoral justice," said Momanyi.
On his part, Osoro said he is in NASA to stay: "I am going nowhere and whatever common stand we come with, I will abide by."
Already, NASA has come out with affidavits which all elected MPs are supposed to sign in support of the controversial swearing-in.
