Embakasi East lawmaker Babu Owino was on Tuesday given two warnings by the Kibera law court magistrate before being released.
Owino was at the court where he faced charges for causing bodily harm to a voter during the August 8 elections in Embakasi.
He was arraigned in court on Thursday where he was warned against interfering with witnesses in the case.
"The court warns the accused that they will not hesitate to cancel the bond bail if he skips court or commits similar offences," she said.
"The prosecution is also warned that the country is watching."
Owino was warned that incase he violates the terms, his bond would be cancelled immediately.
He was released on a bond of Sh500, 000 and a cash bail of Sh200, 000
He was arrested on Wednesday evening moments after being released in an other case where he was accused of insulting President Uhuru Kenyatta.
