Kithimani law courts (Photo/ Agnes Bitutu/hivisasa.com)A 20-year-old man was on Monday arraigned in Kithimani law courts and charged with defiling a six-year old-girl.The accused Brian Chemwani Chichi who appeared before Senior Resident Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe pleaded guilty to the charges leveled against him.

According to the prosecution the accused committed the heinous crime between August 21 and 22 this year in Kithimani market, Yatta sub county in Machakos county.

The accused was asked to pay a cash bond of Sh200,000 as the case is set for hearing on September 4, 2017.
