[Photo| Moses Kuria]Jubilee Party leaders have continued to criticise the Judiciary over a petition that saw the cancellation of the presidential ballot papers tender cancelled.Party leader President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto accused the Judiciary, led by Chief Justice David Maraga, of favouring the Opposition, Nasa. They warned that Maraga was working with Nasa, to delay election process, so as to have a coalition government, if elections are not held on August 8, as per the constitution.Maraga and Nasa however dismissed the allegations.Jubilee MP, Moses Kuria, has since raised his voice over the same, saying that 2017 election 'genocide' will be started by the Judiciary.According to him, Kenya experienced an election violence in the 2007/2008 general elections, but would witness a genocide, if elections are not held on the stipulated date in 2017.Below is the Gatundu South MPs message shared on Facebook, Tuesday."The 2007 election violence was started by politicians. The 2017 election genocide will be started by the judiciary. August 8 must happen. We must hold elections on that date. The consequences of not doing so will be so dire to fathom."
