Political analyst Prof Edward Kisiang'ani has yet again taken a swipe at ODM leader Raila Odinga, accusing him of being insincere.
In an interview with Citizen TV, Raila on Friday explained the reason behind pushing for radical changes in the Building Bridges Initiative report.
Mr Odinga asked Kenyans to interrogate the report in the second round of conversation before giving final thoughts.
But Kisiang'ani now says Kenyans will not take part in the process of driving Mr Odinga to power or fighting DP William Ruto.
"Raila filed an interview in Bondo over Xmas with Sammy Ogina of Citizen TV. He said 'be patient with us' on BBI. Who are the 'us'. He said they want to look afresh at the section on PM. If BBI is about Raila's ambition to get power and fight Ruto count majority of Kenyans out!" he said.
Earlier this week, Mr Odinga asked Kenyans to have patience in the Building Bridges Initiative team, adding that changes in Kenya are inevitable.
“We want to thank Kenyans for standing with us against all odds. It will take time for us to get where we want to be, but we are on track,” said Raila.
The BBI team's term was extended in what received criticism from a section of leaders allied to Deputy President William Ruto who spelt mischief in the move.
However, Raila said that there was a need to collect more views from Kenyans hence the extension.
