Former presidential candidate and renowned scholar Prof James Ole Kiyiapi has criticised the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report, stating that it has nothing new.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Kiyiapi said the report did any warrant use of taxpayer's money.
He also took issue with calls to constitute a commission of expert to go through the report, and amend it accordingly based on additional views that many arise.
''Yes, let us talk and do so honestly. I have read the report and I don't see what justified 15 months' expenditure of tax-payer funds. Then another expert team to again tell us what we already know. Honesty is just honesty, it is nobody's servant,'' said Ole Kiyiapi.
The BBI report was officially launched at the Bomas of Kenya on Wednesday, in a function presided over by President Uhuru Kenya, his deputy William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
In the report, the team has made a number of recommendation that include; re-introduction of Office of the Prime Minister.
The team has also proposed for the introduction of Office of Opposition Leader, and abolition of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) positions.
