Muguna has been linked to a possible move to a number of clubs around the continent, including teams from Tanzanian and Zambia.

However, Gor CEO Lodvick Aduda on Monday rubbished the allegations that Muguna was headed to Zambia Premier League side Nkana Football Club.

He said that Muguna remains a K'Ogallo player, adding that the club is as well not in talks with any team regarding any of its players currently.

“We haven’t received any offer for Muguna; he is still our player. So far all the players are settled and if any offer comes we will find a wise way of handling it," Aduda said according to Citizen Digital.

However, he noted that the club will soon be settling on players to be released and those to be bought during the January transfer window.

The CEO stated that the job has been left to team head tactician Steven Pollack, who he said will be coming up with the names after consultations with his technical bench.

“I have spoken to the coach this morning about the transfer window, and he will assess the squad alongside the technical bench in order to give us the names of those players he thinks we should release and those we can sign to strengthen our squad,” he added.

Gor, the reigning KPL champions have not made any purchase at a time when others are trying to strengthen their squads.
