Water and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui was among hundreds of graduands during the 62nd University of Nairobi graduation on Friday.
The CS graduated from UoN with a Masters of Science in Finance and Investment.
He took to Twitter to celebrate the achievement.
''Glory & Honour to Almighty God on this day as I graduate with Masters of Science in Finance & Investment from the University of Nairobi. I really thank God for kindness, Good health & Power that has enabled me to study and achieve this milestone." He tweeted," Chelugui twitted.
The CS further acknowledged the support that President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto and the entire staff of his ministry had offered saying that he could not do it without their unconditional support.
He also thanked his family for the spiritual support they offered him and promised to continue serving Kenyans with dignity.
"I want particularly to thank my family for their love, support and prayers throughout this journey. I look forward to continuing to serve our Republic and the people of Kenya. Thank you very much," he said in another tweet.
