2. You are sleepless
Feeling too hungry to fall asleep is a sign you are not eating enough food. Depriving yourself enough food or having poor eating habits results in poor sleep and inability to rest comfortably during the night as you tend to wake up at different times during the night.
3. Irritable moods
If you are not eating enough food, your body will be deprived of different nutrients that positively affect your moods such as fatty acids, folate, iron, vitamins among others and therefore you end up being irritated by very minor things.
