Vocal Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa on Tuesday met Deputy President William Ruto, just hours after hosting ODM leader Raila Odinga at County Hall.
Mr Odinga, who had met ODM legislators, held a session with Ms Jumwa, a rebel MP with details of their closed-door meeting still remaining scanty.
Hours after ODM Director of Communication Philip Etale claimed that she had attended the party's PG, Ms Jumwa came out guns blazing.
"Rt Hon Raila made a surprise visit to my Parliamentary Service Commission Office this afternoon. This was after he attended the ODM Parliamentary Group meeting at County Hall that I did not attend!" she wrote.
The Malindi MP, who works closely with Deputy President William Ruto, was expelled from the ODM party but survived following a court ruling.
However, hours after meeting her party leader, Ms Jumwa met Deputy President William Ruto at Mash Park Hotel where they both endorsed McDonald Mariga for Kibra by-election.
"This evening I did join the Deputy President William Ruto and other legislators and met with Devine church elders and pastors at Mash Park Hotel Nairobi in a bid to support Mariga for Kibra constituency," she said.
Ms Jumwa has been at loggerheads with the ODM party and is yet to resign formally. She is still a member of Parliamentary Service Commission commission which recruits parliament staff.
At the coast, she has been leading pro-Ruto campaigns ahead of 2022 polls. During the Mash Park Hotel meeting, she insisted that she's in Ruto's camp to stay.
