Jubilee nominated Senator Falhada Dekow Iman has launched a scathing attack on Homa Bay Woman Representative Gladys Wanga over remarks against Deputy President William Ruto.
Iman told off Wanga and accused her of 'acting like a kid' for criticising the DP following his stand on the ongoing Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report debate.
"I want to tell Wanga that you are acting like a kid who was refused candy!! Where by the BBI was your candy and now it has been snatched from you, you really stooped too low to attack your DP Ruto, you have no manners and respect whatsoever, you can cry foul and eat your words!" the Senator tweeted on Thursday.
In a press conference on Wednesday, Wanga asked Ruto to resign or face President Uhuru Kenyatta head on, instead of allegedly opposing his directives, most notably on the BBI report.
The vocal politician said the DP was rising against the President since he was no longer benefiting from corruption after Uhuru declared war on the graft.
"Ruto is angry because the taps of corruption have run dry and the fake projects he used to launch are no longer available," Wanga said.
She added that instead of Ruto attacking civil servants such as Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i, he should address Uhuru directly or quit his position and chart a new career path.
