Dr Wale Akinyemi, a thinker and author, described this as a "pastors' kids syndrome".

Speaking during an interview at KTN AMLive Show, Akinyemi revealed that this case happens many times because kids know the real character of their pastor parents.

"This syndrome we call the 'pastors' kids syndrome', where you have a father who is a pastor and we have children who are wild. The exact opposite of what their parents are. There may be a lot of reasons for this but one of the reason I find implying into a lot of things is that the kids go a different way because they know the man. They know that what we see out there is just a drama, is just a script," he said.

There have been many controversies in the country surrounding pastors across the country. Some of them are caught up in scandals that expose who they really are.

Some of them have been accused of being wolves in sheep's clothing by people who clearly know them, and some of these people are their kids.

According to Akinyemi, this is one of the reasons why pastors' kids go a different way to their parents teachings.
