Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has argued that a country is never run by those leaders that shout the loudest.
Speaking on an interview with Citizen TV on Sunday, the former vice president said that there are a number of men and women who sit back in silence and identify things that are not in the best interest.
"A country is never run by these political leaders who shout loudest, there are men and women who sit and say “this is not in the best interest…” Kalonzo said.
According to Kalonzo, he revealed that for anyone to pick up the next leadership, he or she must have the support of the deep government.
He insisted that the deep government plays a major role in deciding who will be the next leaders.
He furthermore revealed that even though the condition of the deep government is never brought to the attention of the masses, it is important for people to know that it is real.
“The ‘deep gov’t’ is essential but on the other hand, it is we the people of this country who decide on the next leader…the significance of the deep gov’t is real, unfortunately, it is never brought to the attention of the masses,” he said
