So long as you have the required ingredients, you are good to go.

Here is a brief procedure on how to go about it;

Ingredients

1. 18 lbs. ripe red grapes

2. 1 packet wine yeast

3. Tartaric acid

4. Table sugar

5. Nylon straining bag

 1. The first very step is to ensure that you have sanitized the equipment, nylon straining bag.

2. Place the grapes into the bag. Then squeeze and crush them using your hands or a rod.

3. You will be required to store the pulverized grapes and scrape the peels twice a day.

4. Take a sample of the juice then measure the acidity level with a titration kit. If it's below 6 grams per litre, then add tartaric acid to make it be 6g/l. Adjust the sugar content as well.

5. Ensure that you have separated the heavy pulp and remaining peel. You can do this by sieving.

 6. Into a fermenting glass, pour the sieved liquid and add yeast.

7. Measure the Brix value of the liquid with a refractometer and if it is below 0.5°, then get rid of the sediments by restraining the wine.

8. After this, allow the wine to age for at least 12 months. Here, you will need to be patient enough.

9. Bottle your wine
