According to the company's Marketing Manager Aggrey Sayi, the company intends to hand over 35,000 kits, as it seeks to promote local talents across the country.

Addressing the press on Tuesday, Mr Sayi said that the plan is to benefit the entire community by empowering local teams to enable them to perform better on the pitch.

"We are looking forward to contributing in a small way to both fans and local communities, building on the feel-good-factor generated by their local team success, as they bet responsibly," he said in a statement on Tuesday.

The company is not new to such and only recently sponsored the Atotos tournament which was held in Nairobi.

The rare event saw European scouts land in Nairobi in pursuit of young talents, an event that was hailed by former Harambee Stars head coach Jacob 'Ghost' Mulee.

He said that the initiative was a great step towards developing sporting activities in Kenya, especially soccer.

The company had also made things better for its customers, including the recent introduction of free deposits, cash backs on lost bets and offline message betting.

The kit sponsorship is among the biggest such initiatives in Kenya and could see the company further penetrate into the local gaming industry.
