Famous Kikuyu Benga singer Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh escaped unhurt after he was involved in an accident on Sunday evening.
Samidoh explained on his Facebook page that he was heading to Oljororok before the tragedy struck.
He explained how grateful he was that he and his kids were unscathed. However, his car was damaged.
"It's hard to understand how somethings happen. Thank you, God, u saved my kids and I was to attend Moses Marite 's thnkgiving in ol joro orok kirima Ngai no mutino niuthatagia ndigiriri,"read the post in part.
His fans were fast to sympathise with him and wish him many years on earth.
The benga musician became a darling to his fans after moving from Kamande wa Kioi's band and began his journey on his own.
Previously he told of how he suffered after his dad died while he was three years old.
What's more, the mum died while he was in form one making him a total orphan.
However, despite the challenges Samidoh was able to fulfil his dreams of being a policeman and a popular musician.
