While referring to Amani National Congress (ANC) decision to give its candidate a direct ticket, Mohammed said that ODM cannot afford to issue direct tickets to its candidates because everyone will talk about it.

He said ODM will clinch the seat following the demise of Former MP Ken Okoth.

“When ANC party issues a direct ticket to a candidate its fine!! When ODM does the same its un democratic... Now I know why ODM is the biggest Party in the country . Let’s meet in Kibra,” Junet tweeted.

The MP said that the political outfit has what it takes to retain the position following the demise of its member.

He predicted that it stands a better chance to bag the seat because it is awaiting nomination.

“If you want to know the party that is going to win the Kibra by-election, it’s the party Kenyans are currently awaiting its nominations. FARASI ni moja!” he noted.

ODM party leader Raila Odinga has said he will not endorse anyone for the seat until nominations are conducted.
