A 23-year-old Ugandan bodybuilder is the new Mr Greater competition. The Western Kenya Derrick Olara clinched the coveted title in a hotly contested tournament held at the Aga Khan Hall in Kisumu.

Marvin Okello took position 2 while Michael Otieno emerged third. Others who dazzled were Fredrick Sudhe, Maune Mafunya and Hillary Yosi.

Derrick Olara maintained his huge trunk but most importantly worked for that clearly defined six-pack, and his legs were just perfect. He attributed his win to hard work and effort. 

Uganda has been known to be producing high-quality bodybuilders and it will be an opportune time for other Kenyan builders to learn from Derrick Olara's skills and determination.
