Devolution CS counterpart Eugene Wamalwa and his Environment counterpart Keriako Tobiko have insisted that there are no cracks in the cabinet.
The two leaders said that claims that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s team is divided are baseless.
Speaking at Duka Moja in Narok East on Saturday, the two maintained that they are committed to service delivery.
They affirmed that cabinet secretaries are working around the clock to ensure that the Big Four Agenda is attained at the end of the day.
Tobiko said that he has been reading on social media and other platforms that cabinet is divided, which is not the case.
“I have been reading in the media that the Cabinet is divided. I want to state that there is no division at all. We are all united behind President Uhuru Kenyatta,” said Tobiko, as quoted by Standard.
On his part, Wamalwa said that the government has continued to deliver on its promises because of the unity of strength.
The remarks of the two come at a time when the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is probing the alleged plot to assassinate Deputy President William Ruto.
The allies of the second in command have been urging DCI Kinoti George to speed up probe into the matter to ensure the officials behind the claims are brought to book with immediate effect.
