Otile Brown’s latest song ‘Dala Dala’ featuring sensational Kenyan boy band Ethic Entertainment is currently trending at number one on YouTube.
The song has gained more than 400,000 views and 2,000 comments on YouTube within 3 days of its premiere.
This is the first time that Ethic Entertainment is collaborating with a local artist. Prior to the release of ‘Dala Dala’, Ethic Entertainment had released a remix of the song ‘Figa’ featuring renown Jamaican artiste Konshens.
Their collaboration with Otile Brown, however, sparked a lot of debate after two out of the four members of Ethic Entertainment failed to take part in the song.
Reckless who is considered as Ethic Entertainment’s main man and Zilla Dropa did not appear in the new song leaving only Swat and Seska. Ethic Entertainment has however remained silent on the matter, but going by their Instagram posts, everything seems to be fine for the four-man band.
Although a number of the netizens had claimed the song was a disappointment due to the absence of Reckles, its performance on YouTube no doubt proves otherwise.
The song ‘Dala Dala’ was Otile Brown’s third project under his new record label called 'Just in Love Music'.
