The MP was required to present himself in court to face charges of causing disturbance and threatening to kill.

According to his lawyer, Mr Ndolo fell sick while in police custody. He was taken to Nairobi West Hospital where he was diagnosed with high blood pressure.

The MP was then released on Sh500, 00 cash bail to be treated.

Mr Ndolo had threatened to kill Rashid Hamid, the director of Richland Properties Limited.

“You stupid person from Lamu, if you bring your nonsense to Nairobi we will kill you by stabbing you, dont bring your villaism here, Nairobi is not your home. Go back to Lamu and we will make sure we have killed you. (Wewe mjinga wa Lamu, ukileta mchezo Nairobi tutakuua kwa kukudunga dunga visu, usilete ushago hapa Nairobi si kwenu, rudi Lamu na tutahakikisha tumekuuwa),” the court was told as quoted by Citizen

This happened on August 16 at Bustani gardens along Oledume road.

Mr Ndolo alongside his coi-accused forcefully broke into Bustani gardens.

The court gave out directions that Mr Ndolo should present himself in court on Wednesday.

More so, the documents presented to them by Ndolo lawyer were to be verified.
