City lawyer Donald Kipkorir has joined the growing list of Kenyans hailing the recovery of Rosemary Odinga, the daughter to Raila Odinga.
On his Twitter account, Kipkorir, a close friend of the Odingas, narrated his last experience with Rosemary who had gone blind.
Ms Odinga went blind in 2017, forcing her to drop out of Kibra parliamentary race which she had shown interest.
"Dearest Rosemary Odinga ... In February when we met, I asked you to let Jesus send you the Pool of Siloam .... I’m truly humbled you went ... The Lord God we worship is a true Living God .... Give thanks to Thee ... You are our Princess," he wrote.
At a church service in Bondo on Wednesday, Rosemary revealed her tribulations, stating that it was difficult for people to know she was suffering from the condition.
"People would see me and think I was able to see because my eyes were 'wide open'. I am grateful for your prayers and support during those difficult times" she said
Rosemary's battle with blindness was first revealed in 2019 January, by her uncle Dr Oburu Oginga, who also informed the public about her recovery.
She made her first public appearance in nearly two years, early this year during the 25 commemoration of her grandfather Oginga Odinga.
