In a tweet after Commission for University Education (CUE) asked JKUAT to review 118 PhDs issued during their 33rd graduation on June 21, the outspoken lawyer now wants all the PhDs revoked.

"The CUE must revoke the FAKE 118 JKUAT PhD degrees, not ask for yet dubious review as a cover up," he said.

According to the lawyer, the university will again do fake reviews on their already fake PhDs.

CUE led by chairman Chacha Nyaigoti Chacha has asked the university's senate to review all the degrees awarded in their last three graduations.

This means those who graduated in the 31st and 32nd graduation ceremonies will be affected too, if their degrees will not meet the set standards.

According to CUE, JKUAT broke the Universities Standards and Guidelines 2014. They advised them to always follow the standards set to avoid causing problems with the education body.

“The university should align their processes on PhD training to the University Statutes. The university should adhere to the standards and guidelines on duration of PhD and the research component,” reads the recommendations as quoted by Nation.

They have also been directed to stop offering doctorate degrees in their satellite campuses.
