Following the inferno that razed down the administration block at Maseno University, the institution has embarked on a fresh data collection exercise.
Members of staff at Maseno University have been requested to download and fill forms from the university's website.
The forms will enable them to submit their personal documents for reopening of files at the university's central registry offices.
The October 8 fire destroyed all personal documents and files that the members of staff had earlier on submitted at the central registry.
The data entry forms to be downloaded include, Personal Information forms and the Medical Beneficiary forms. This is according to information posted on the University's official website on Thursday.
The members of staff are expected to start the submissions as from November 16, 2015.
