Comedian Chipukeezy shared a video on Friday evening that suggested he may be planning to make a comeback on TV through the newly-established TV47.
In the video which was shared on his Instagram page, Chipukeezy's branded car is seen packing outside the station's headquarters in Nairobi.
Chipukeezy then leaves the office and enters the car. He drives off but stops momentarily to address the camera in a sarcastic monologue where he tells his fans how important praying is.
"And you refuse to pray? You should start praying. And there is someone who is still not yet praying. So what answers should I give to your questions? So what do you want to ask me? (Na munakataa kuomba? anza kuomba wewe. Kuna mtu bado hauombi. Sasa utaniuliza maswali nikujibu nini? sasa unataka kuniuliza nini)," Chipukeezy stated.
Late last month, Chipukeezy attracted the attention of social media when he resigned from Ebru TV where he was hosting his talk show dubbed 'The Chipukeezy Show'.
According to Chipukeezy, he was left with no other option than to hand in his resignation after the management asked him to part ways with fellow comedian Kartelo.
He was also allegedly instructed to change the content of his show. Ebru TV, nonetheless, denied the allegations citing that Kartelo had breached an agreement they had entered into.
