The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has warned voters against violating the secrecy of the ballot by sharing photos of marked ballot papers.
IEBC said sharing photos of marked ballot papers is an offense punishable by law.
"Voters are warned that violating secrecy of the ballot through sharing of photos of marked ballot papers is punishable in law," IEBC tweeted.
In the meantime, ODM chairman John Mbadi has raised concerned over allegations of voter bribery and speed of the voting process.
"I am here (in Kibra) purposely following the earlier incident where an individual was seen bribing voters. In regard to voting, IEBC is falling short as residents are complaining that their names are not in the registers," he said.
Mbadi raised concern over the voter identification process, and cautioned the polls agency against engaging in electoral misconduct.
"If voters are perfectly being identified electronically, then transmission of results should have also been electronically. We, however, have our agents; we hope there will be no monkey business," he said.
Cases of voter bribery have been reported in different polling stations in the constituency. Two persons have been arrested in connection with the allegations.
Nairobi area police boss Philip Ndolo said the suspects will be charged in court over the same.
