Job seekers have been wondering and figuring out why they don't get feedback upon applying a particular job. The reason might not be lack of connection as most people would think.
Well, most letters get rejected for various reasons that unemployed people need to know.
Here are some of the reasons;
1. The job reference number was not mentioned
Always remember and bear in mind that you are not the only one hunting the job. There are tyranny of people outside there who are in need of the same job and therefore chances of you securing it is awful low. Indicating the reference number is important and it really matters. Don't forget noting it on your letter.
2. Not addressed properly
This is another reason why some letters are discarded. You need to know that you are addressing an employer, not a dude. The letter should therefore be formal. Starting your application letter with hello or hi can really cost you and by this I mean it can make you be ruled out.
3. Your first paragraph was not appealing.
If the employer finds your first paragraph unattractive of the letter, then he or she will automatically reject it.
The first three to four lines of your letter should be able to attract the attention of the reader(employer). This will enable him or her consider your request.
